Brittany Gonzalez CPO, MSOP

Certified Prosthetist Orthotist | Clinical Manager

Mrs. Gonzalez obtained a Master’s degree in orthotics and prosthetics at California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in 2015. Concurrent with her classes, she worked as a research assistant at the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital in Long Beach, California. Prior to her matriculation from CSUDH, Mrs. Gonzalez’s research on transfemoral gait was chosen to be presented at the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP) national meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mrs. Gonzalez then went on to complete both her orthotic and prosthetic residencies at Prosthetic and Orthotic Group in southern California. She now works as a clinical practitioner, specializing in pediatrics and cranial remolding orthoses in both the Signal Hill and Torrance office locations. Mrs. Gonzalez is also credentialed at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) and is a part-time instructor at the orthotic and prosthetic master’s program at CSUDH. Brittany married her high school sweetheart in 2012 and they have a beautiful daughter with another one on the way!

Alyssa Goldberg CO, MSOP

Certified Orthotist

Alyssa Goldberg grew up in Southern California and found the Prosthetic and Orthotic field when she was sixteen years old. She started by completing her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from California State University Monterey Bay in 2014. By finishing her degree, she became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. After, she started volunteering at multiple Prosthetic and Orthotic offices in the Southern California area. Next, she continued her education and attended California State University Dominguez Hills for her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics. In 2018, she completed her degree and landed a residency, here with P & O Group. In the next two years, she plans on taking the boards in both Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Glenn Matsushima CPO FAAOP

 Certified Prosthetist Orthotist

Glenn Matsushima has been a certified Prosthetist and Orthotist since 1987. He completed the O&P program from California State University of Dominguez Hills and has enjoyed the field ever since. Glenn loves all the technological advances in the field since he has started and integrates CAD 3D design whenever he can. Over the years he has specialized in upper extremity prosthetics, Scoliosis orthotics and cranial remolding orthotics. He has also been on the board of many organizations including The American Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (AOPA), The American Board for Certification for Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC), the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE), and multiple manufacturer boards. When he is not at work Glenn enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife and five children.
